Vietnam Airlines Named Among Top 20 World’s Best Airlines for 2025
Vietnam Airlines, the national flag carrier, has been recognized among the Top 20 World’s Best Airlines for 2025 by AirlineRatings and has secured the World’s Best Value Premium Economy award for the second consecutive year.
These prestigious accolades reaffirm the airline’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality across its entire network, regardless of flight class or distance. Retaining the Best Value Premium Economy title highlights its excellence in this segment.
Sharon Petersen, CEO of AirlineRatings, commended Vietnam Airlines for its outstanding balance of quality and value. She noted that since January 14, 2025, the airline has expanded its premium economy class to domestic routes, offering enhanced benefits to passengers.
Deputy General Director Dang Anh Tuan expressed the airline’s dedication to continuous improvement, stating that these awards inspire Vietnam Airlines to innovate and elevate the passenger experience while exceeding customer expectations.
AirlineRatings.com, a global aviation safety and product rating agency, evaluates over 435 airlines based on factors such as service, seating, meals, comfort, and passenger feedback.
